There are regular bus links between the city centre and the Peninsula Allied Health Centre which are subsidised by the University. If you are travelling by Car The map here provides directions to the college from the A38 and the main Plymouth to Tavistock Road (A386). The campus has permit controlled car parking. If you are travelling by car you will need to contact us to arrange car parking. On the campus map we have highlighted the route to the PAHC car park from the main entrance to the University College campus. You should come directly to the PAHC building. Taxi’s are also able to come onto the campus to the PAHC building. If you are travelling by Bus or Train Only First National buses stop at the College of St Mark and St John Campus itself. The services which do stop are the 7 and 11. However, not every bus on the services stop at the campus and you should check by calling First National on 0845 6001420 before travelling. The main bus stop on the campus is circled on the map overleaf it is an approximately 300 metre walk to the Peninsula Allied Health Centre (PAHC) where the laboratory is based. Plymouth City Bus operates many services to Derriford Hospital; this is approximately 1⁄2 a mile from the College campus, however, it is a steep up hill walk. If you travel by to Plymouth by train you will need to get a Taxi or Bus from the train station or city centre; the campus is approximately 5 miles from the city centre.
